# Exercise 1: Estimate a Feature

Feature: "Users can export their order history as CSV, up to 100,000 rows, delivered by email when ready."

## Your Task

1. Break it into tasks of at most 3 days each (include tests, review, rollout, monitoring).
2. Give each task O / M / P estimates and compute the PERT expected value and standard deviation for the total.
3. List the top 3 assumptions and the spike you'd do first.
4. Write the estimate as you'd communicate it to a product manager.
